On my last day in Amsterdam, I decided to treat myself, I had a prior reservation with a deposit.
A two-hour Culinary experience is well worth it if you are a foodie. This place is a must.
There are about six booth-style tables and six counter (chef's table) seats.
Service was outstanding. You get to meet the chefs who prepared each course as they explain the dish while plating them in your table.
Well-made dishes, with unique paring of vegetables, sauces, and ingredients.
One of my favourite dishes was the apple dessert, it was like apple pie but in another dimension.
